FF Wardrobe

Privacy Policy

How FF Wardrobe collects, uses, and retains your photos, AI-generated images, purchase data, and body measurement data — and the choices you have about them.

Effective September 5, 2026

FF Wardrobe is developed and operated by Foreign Famous Lifestyle LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what the App collects and how it's used. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described here. The App is available to everyone and is not age-restricted — see Section 7 regardless.

Information we collect

Device identity, with an optional account

You can use the App without an account. Each installation gets an anonymous, device-generated install ID, and your credit balance, purchase history, and redeemed promo codes are tied to that ID rather than to your name or email. Reinstalling the App or switching devices generates a new one.

If you choose to connect a Google or Apple account from the Profile screen, we receive the account identifier and the email address that Google or Apple share with us, and your credits are tied to that account instead — so they follow you if you reinstall the App or move to a new phone. Connecting an account is optional, and you can disconnect it in the App at any time. Your wardrobe and photos stay on your phone either way; an account does not upload them.

User-provided photos

Photos you add to the App — clothing items and outfits — plus reference photos of yourself: three guided angles (face-on, turned left, turned right) captured in-app, or uploaded, for features like Try It On.

Body measurement data (voluntary)

At your option: height, weight, chest, waist, hips, and a general build description. This is never required to use the App's core wardrobe-organizing features.

AI-generated images

Images the App creates on your behalf, such as a product-style shot of a single item ("Studio Shot") or a rendering of you wearing an outfit ("Try It On"). Every image a generation produces is kept in your history until you delete it.

Purchase and credit data

If you buy a credit pack or redeem a promo code, we record the transaction against your install ID (or your connected account) in our own backend, along with your running balance. We never receive or store your payment card details — Apple or Google handle that entirely.

Support and feedback

If you submit in-app feedback or contact us for support — including billing disputes referencing your Support ID (the last six characters of your install ID) — we keep what you send us to respond to it.

Usage & device information

Standard technical information — device type, operating system, app version, and general usage data — collected to keep the App running and to understand how it's used.

[02]

How we use your information

To provide App features. Your photos, AI-generated images, and (if provided) measurements power the features you use — organizing your wardrobe, generating outfit suggestions, and creating AI-generated images of items or outfits.

To generate AI content. Where you provide body measurement data, it helps generate content personalized to you — for example, rendering how an outfit might look on your specific build and proportions. Providing measurement data is voluntary, and doing so is your consent to this use.

For App improvement. We save user-provided photos and AI-generated images to improve the App, including refining and training the systems and models it relies on. By using the App, you grant us the right to store and use these photos for this purpose.

To operate purchases and prevent abuse. We use your install ID, connected account (if any), credit balance, transaction history, and redeemed promo codes to deliver what you've paid for, investigate billing disputes, and prevent fraud.

Third-party AI processing

Generating AI content means sending relevant photos and, where applicable, measurement data to third-party AI providers — currently Google (Gemini models), OpenAI, and fal.ai, depending on the feature and, for Try It On, the outfit's complexity. Requests are routed through our own backend rather than sent directly from your device, but these providers still receive the underlying photos and text needed to produce the result, solely for that purpose:

Other service providers

We use Supabase to host our backend (accounts, credit ledger, promo codes, feedback) and RevenueCat to process purchase events from the app stores. Neither receives your photos or measurements. If you connect an account, Google or Apple confirm your identity to us; they receive nothing about your wardrobe.

We don't control, and aren't responsible for, how these providers independently handle data outside the processing we request.

[03]

Sensitive & biometric data

Photos of your face or body, and body measurement data, may be considered sensitive personal information — and, in some jurisdictions, biometric information — under applicable law. We collect this only where you affirmatively choose to provide it, use it only for the purposes described here, and do not sell it. Where your jurisdiction requires a specific consent step, using the relevant feature and providing the information constitutes that consent.

[04]

Retention, backup & deletion

Your on-device data. Your wardrobe, outfits, and Style Profile (reference photos and measurements) live on your device, with our backend acting as a cache/sync layer. You can turn off your Style Profile and delete its reference photos and measurements at any time in the App.

Exporting your data. The App lets you export a backup file to a location you choose, including your wardrobe, outfits, and AI-generated images. Reference photos of you are deliberately excluded from this export.

Server-side data is tied to your install ID, or to your connected account. Without an account, we can't verify a deletion request for a given ID actually comes from whoever controls that installation, so contact us with your Support ID to request deletion of server-side data (balance, transaction history, redeemed codes, feedback) on a best-effort basis. With a connected account, write to us from that account's email address and we can act on the request directly. Uninstalling the App does not by itself delete server-side data.

Data already used to improve our systems is not deleted. Photos and AI-generated images already incorporated into training or improving our AI systems before your deletion request aren't retrievable or removable from that process — deleting your data elsewhere won't reverse that prior use. This data is retained only in connection with system improvement and isn't otherwise tied back to your install ID or account afterward.

We retain other operational data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law.

[05]

Purchases, credits & refunds

The App offers optional paid credit packs — currently $3.99 (10 credits), $9.99 (30 credits), and $24.99 (100 credits) — purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and processed using RevenueCat. Credits may also come from promo codes, each usable once per device.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or by the policies of the app store you purchased through. Direct refund requests there.

Credits are tied to your device installation unless you connect an account — see the Terms of Service for what that means if you reinstall or switch devices. Contact us with your Support ID if you believe a balance was lost in error.

[06]

Notifications

The App can show a local notification when an AI generation finishes. This happens entirely on your device — we don't operate a push-notification server, and no data leaves your device to make this happen.

[07]

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

[08]

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

[09]

International transfers

Your information, including photos and measurement data, may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our backend and third-party AI providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

[10]

Your rights

European Economic Area & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Our legal basis for processing is generally your consent (photos, AI-generated images, measurement data) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App, preventing fraud, and resolving billing disputes. Subject to applicable law, you can:

The retention limit in Section 4 applies here too: data already used to train or improve our systems before a deletion or erasure request can't be retroactively removed from that use. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us below.

[11]

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
